Fire retardant paint for wood from
ENVIROGRAF
Satisfy building control by simply painting on Envirograf Top Coat.
This is the product to tick the box if you have a building that is over 15 square metres and is within 1 metre from the boundary - or larger than 30 square metres and your building officer requires half hour fire resistance to the outside of a timber building. It is a far cheaper solution than concrete cladding and much more environmentally friendly. If you have untreated or tanalised timber, then simply purchase the Top Coat (and the certificate) - apply two coats to the boundary wall and job done.
Available in Clear (most popular), or White - either Matt finish (most popular) or satin.

Application Instructions
Because our timber coatings must be applied in a specific way in order to achieve the specified fire ratings, we advise using the downloads. These, in-depth Application Instructions for the range can be found on the product pages. The Technical Overviews summarise the recommended usage of the coatings, including spreading rate and drying times. COSHH data is also available to download.
