Dark Grey Fence Paint
Dark grey fence paint is a popular choice when giving the garden a makeover, and that's when Charcoal Grey Wood Stain and Protect comes alive.
Also suitable as a dark grey shed paint, Charcoal provides a strong and modern colour for contemporary gardens inspired by towering lumps of deep grey-black piled high charcoaled wood. A tough and moody dark grey colour with depths of black, whilst cosying up to subtle hints of brown, give it a rounded feel. Perfect to create impact - a base canvas to set off garden planting; across fencing; sheds; summer houses and pergolas.
The coating is plant and pet friendly and can be applied to most planed and rough sawn timber and even to masonry and terracotta.
This top quality garden paint waterproofs, nourishes and protects all types of external timber, providing your garden with all year round colour and protection.
The superior formulation of this product allows it to be applied to terracotta pots and masonry (will adhere to any material that is porous).
So why not have a go and cheer up those tired pots and old walls as well as your fences and shed. Be adventurous and give your garden a complete make over with this versatile product.

Advice: 2 coats are recommended with further coats increasing the solidity of the colour. Wood Stain + Protect is a wood stain coating so will wear off over time. If applying Wood Stain + Protect to a garden building that will be subjected to high levels of exposure to weather, it is recommended that you apply Protek Clear Tough Coat as a top coat.
This is a protective water-repellent coating. If your timber isn't treated with a preservative then depending on the type of wood and product, you may want to use our Wood Preserver ++ first.
For light colours, we recommend using our Stain Blocking Primer to prevent the top coat discolouring from possible tannin bleed.
